How To Use VLC player as video cutter
With the new VLC, you can record videos as well as cut videos during playback. It done by the help of record button. But it is hidden by default. To see it, click on View>Advanced Control. The record button will now appear. Clicking on the button while playing a movie or video will start recording. Clicking again will stop recording. And that particular position is copied and saved a automatically in MY Document. Note that the process will not spoiling playback file i.e the original file.
